    • Book a virtual reality (VR) or simulator session directly on our website.
    • Fill out a contact or registration form on our website.

  2. Collection by Third Parties:
    • Zero Latency: Certain bookings (notably for Zero Latency experiences) may be made through their platform. In such cases, we receive from Zero Latency only the information necessary for managing and tracking your booking. Zero Latency is responsible for the processing of personal information it collects directly. To exercise your rights regarding the data held by Zero Latency, you must contact them directly.
  3. Tracking Technologies: We use tools (such as cookies and web beacons) to collect certain information about you when you browse our website.

4. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. Providing Our Services: Managing your bookings, ensuring access to our facilities, and delivering quality customer service.
  2. Communication: Responding to your inquiries, sending booking confirmations, following up with customers, sending promotions or information about our activities and events (if you have consented).
