1. Service Bookings (Game Sessions & Appointments)
Our services are time-based and reserved in advance.
Cancellations:
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or in case of a no-show, the deposit paid will be forfeited and is non-refundable.Refunds on Services:
All service bookings (game sessions, event bookings, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered. We do not offer refunds for partially used or completed sessions.
2. Gift Cards, Memberships, and Prepaid Coupons
Non-Refundable:
All gift cards, memberships, and prepaid packages are final sale and non-refundable.Transferable Use:
In some cases, unused gift cards or memberships may be transferred to another individual. Please contact us at support@vrfx.ca for assistance.
3. Retail Product Returns (Physical Items)
We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.Condition:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.Refund Method:
Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.Non-Returnable Items:
Used items
Digital/downloadable goods
Opened packaging
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email support@vrfx.ca with your order number and reason for return. Items can be returned in person or by mail (shipping not covered unless item was defective).
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
